For a lease, they give an instant full federal tax credit of $7500 off the settled price. The 3 year residual value is 23,000. With my trade-in value of $3750 down, the total price was 41,800 and my lease payments are $650 with 30,000 mile allotment.

Re-examining this I am little confused. The sticker price was $49,595, so if the Fed credit was deducted off the price of the car, the cost should be $49595 - ($7500 + $3750) = $38,345. So using a generous Money Factor of 0.0016 we get:stevepl said:For a lease, they give an instant full federal tax credit of $7500 off the settled price. The 3 year residual value is 23,000. Long story short, no huge discounts but it is nice to get the full $7500 credit right away. I don't think BMW was as generous with the Federal credit for leases.

Interesting. My salesman said otherwise, he stated that I would have to wait six months to order (to get the 2015 model year). If you go to the MBUSA site (https://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/fleet_program/program_information#1-pane) and click on "Eligible Vehicles" you'll see the the following:rmfamily said:Padamson1,padamson1 said:According to the Benz USA site the Fleet Incentive is not available until the 2015 model year B-Class
Based on direct confirmation from MBUSA and my paperwork from our transaction, the cars on the ground do qualify.
