EV battery dead and can’t open charging point

Hi,

I have a Class B 250e Mercedes car and due to being busy at work and stuff, was not able to use for 2 months so the battery has drained out and I have tried to open the charging point so that I can charge at home but it is not opening. Is there a way to ipen the charging point if battery is dead?
