Unlocking In-motion functions

I installed the DVDinMotion unlock over the weekend. It worked beautifully. It's pricey at $200, but it unlocks all in-motion functions that are normally blocked when the car is in motion (DVD playback, map editing, reading texts, etc). Mine is a 2014, with the multi-media package. It is also reversible with the same software, but I have not tried/verified that. Their support (I messed up the procedure the first time) is extremely responsive, even on a Sunday.

I was just thinking Sunday how sill the DVD player is if you can't play a video (for passengers) while driving. "Hey kids! I rented a DVD lets go pile into the car, drive somewhere and watch it while the car charges!"

I would love to find a mod to export the backup camera to an iPad mini mounted over the command screen.

At least this improve command a little.
