Remote climate control from Mercedes.me app doesn't work

Hello!

One brief question for those who use the Mercedes.me app (probably for European owners so those in the USA use other servers): Does your remote climate control work from the app?

Few months ago it has stopped working for me. Neither immediate nor scheduled remote climate control.

When trying to use from the App, it indicates that 'there is no communication with the vehicle' and the fan icon appears in light gray and marked as 'not available'. The rest of the app's functions work correctly so that there is no communication failure with the car. And even if I schedule a departure time in the car, I can see that scheduled time in the app...

I have an active subscription for this feature and I have the function activated in the car IC at 'remote climate control' menu.

I have checked everything: app reinstall, another user, another cell phone. No luck.

I have written to MB but they tell me that they have informed their Engineering team and I have had no response for months.
