Remote climate control from Mercedes.me app doesn't work

Hello!

One brief question for those who use the Mercedes.me app (probably for European owners so those in the USA use other servers): Does your remote climate control work from the app?

Few months ago it has stopped working for me. Neither immediate nor scheduled remote climate control.

When trying to use from the App, it indicates that 'there is no communication with the vehicle' and the fan icon appears in light gray and marked as 'not available'. The rest of the app's functions work correctly so that there is no communication failure with the car. And even if I schedule a departure time in the car, I can see that scheduled time in the app...

I have an active subscription for this feature and I have the function activated in the car IC at 'remote climate control' menu.

I have checked everything: app reinstall, another user, another cell phone. No luck.

I have written to MB but they tell me that they have informed their Engineering team and I have had no response for months.

Nobody uses remote climate control from the app to set immediate or scheduled departure preheating?

I only want to know if you can use this feature from the app.

The North American app, which was a web app rather than a native one, was shut down years ago. I guess whatever backend your app was using was finally taken down as well?

If you’re paying for this I would demand a refund.

May be that you are from USA? (I've the idea that servers and app are not the same version)

In Europe you can download the app from Google Play and from your MB profile you can subscribe to these services por a monthly / annual fee.

And the rest of the functions work well: I can lock / unlock doors or check the tire pressure status, battery SoC or the car's GPS position. Only preheating has stop working for me.
