Quarter panel got keyed!

One of the lovely artifacts of parking on the street. Someone decided to key the panel around the wheel opening. It had to be a key as it was not straight but a curve following the wheel contour. Sheesh.

I have in the boot of my other car some rubbing compound and I believe I have the MB paint cartridge from my 2014. This DIY will not mask it completely so I will be dinged (pun intended) when I turn this leased car in next year.

Oh yeah, traffic was horrendous today and I got a parking ticket in front of my kids school. And it is just 1030!

Since your vehicle is leased you have to get it fixed, Either now or prior to turn in.

I keep an uncluttered path in my garage so I can park there. It is really just a tunnel with my stuff on either side. It is called a two car garage but my one car just fits.
