Replacement inverter seals would be a nice item to have access to buy; so far, we've been able to re-use them -- they are not under much stress/pressure/temperature, and seem to be holding up well -- but eventually someone is going to damage or lose one, and I didn't know someone had reproduced them.

Tesla, of course, does not sell them to mortals.

Well, there are a LOT of people selling "coolant delete" fixes, from bolt-on replacement manifolds like yours, to the very inexpensive SS cup modification (about USD$50). I summarized the options at a snapshot in time last May. Yours will be the fourth replacement manifold solution I've seen.

I (had someone) machined an aluminum cup, which I pressed in place of the rotor seal, after removing the long aluminum tube from the OEM manifold, and later someone had a batch of SS formed cups made, and they're selling them for less than my machined solution. Both are inexpensive options.
