Video input on 2015 model w/o MM package?

Looking for options to add a backup cam and/or alternate video input on a B-class that does NOT have the MM package. Wondering if anyone has played with any of the A/V stuff on the B-class to know if this is easily doable by someone technically inclined or if it requires some of the expensive hardware people sell on eBay. I saw someone post a similar thread that doesn't have an answer, but since I'm talking about just video input in general and not just backup cam, figured I'd cast a wider net.

We have a 2015 model without the MM package but we haven't tried to add any additional video input. However, our car does have a backup cam so I'm not sure that I would ever look into it.
