No storage bins with the seat comfort package

I realized my car doesn't have the storage bins under the front seats. I’m thinking it might be because I got the seat comfort package (U59). It made me wonder if that’s normal. Has anyone else noticed this?

Do you have them placed somewhere else? I am asking this because I know that the Seat Comfort Package (U59) does not include underseat storage bins. So, if you don't have any bins, it is because you opted for this package.

I have the storage bins located at the front of my seats and they oprn by a small handle. Do you mean those?
