Hello,
Please share your knowledge.
Everything was working fine in the evening. In the morning, I started the car as usual, set the heater to 21°C, and waited for warm air to come. A week later, I'm still waiting for that warm air!
Diagnostics haven't shown any faults with the PTC high-voltage heater, but they did show this fault: AC N22/7, water pump failure A30587. I haven't found any information related to Electric Drive with this fault—it seems like it's related to older ICE Mercs.
The coolant and all pipes remain cold, no matter how long I drive (outside temperature is around +1°C).
If anyone knows, please let me know:
Thank you!

If anyone knows, please let me know:
- Does this Merc have a PTC battery heater and a separate cabin heater located somewhere behind the dash/glovebox?
- Does the PTC battery heater heat the left-side coolant, while the cabin heater heats the right-side coolant?
Thank you!
