If that is a 2015 that is a good deal and about the same I got on my 2015.
I only put 2,500 drive off (will be returned by state)
My payment is more at $285 for 35 mos with tax (but not much different that yours when you add in the extra $1,500 you put down)
my MSRP was just over $46K.

Why choice 2014's when 2015 deal is as good as 2014.

Laguna Niguel gave me $395/month for 2015 with $3K down; I got 2014 for $272/month with $1500 down;
Check with MB Walnut Creek for 2014s. They seem to have few. Mine is coming from them.
