Extended Range 2014 B Class - Does all models have it

I not sure that I have extended range button that everyone is discussing. I looked at manual and location but do not see the button. Is this some that can be resent from the other menus.

It is optional for 2014. Standard for 2015.

If it does not have it there is no easy way to turn it on. Likely there are other hardware changes besides the button, (maybe a different wiring harness) associated with this option as it includes a electrically heated windshield as well.
