Hi everyone. I have a 2016 B250e. How do I log into the EVAccess app? I downloaded it and it says to login with my login details from the " my b class" website. Is that this website? If not what website, becuase the login credentials from here doesn't work to login on that app.

Also is there any diy way to check codes and battery cell health yourself? My car is giving me probably every error code I can think of intermittently. Most of the time doesn't want to go into drive or reverse and says that stop switch engine of and the malfunction visit workshop errors everytime. It also stopped wanting to charge. Want to see if I can fix ot myself, but first I just need to know where the root of the problem is, which is why I want to try pullthe codes and see the battery cell health.

Have you checked the speed sensor for coolant? If there is liquid on it then that might fasttrack the diagnosis. ie coolant may have entered the motor.

The website was shut down many years ago. It has no relation to this user-run forum. Should have been a clear indicator to me of how little MB cared about this car.

The EVAccess app uses login credentials from the Mercedes-Benz "Mercedes me" portal, not the "my b class" site. If you haven’t already, try registering on the official Mercedes me website to create an account. Once logged in, it should give you more options for remote diagnostics and monitoring. DIY diagnostics need an OBD-II scanner with EV-specific features, like the OBDLink MX+ or CarScanner Pro. These tools can help pull codes and check battery health. Diagnosing with a proper tool could save you a lot of time and point you toward a manageable fix.
