Anyone else had the problem where the ecell level suddenly drops from full to 1/4 and then fluctuates at speed for several minutes or miles even when the battery is almost fully charged? It makes breaking unresponsive and hardly any acceleration.
In a battle with our local dealership to even get a phone call out of them or to confirm if I should even be driving the car! Been inspected twice and inconclusive apparently, sent multiple video evidence, apparently the coolant is not leaking although I have not checked myself.
UK 2016 B250E with 20k miles, we have had it a year and done £4k but was fine for the first few months, now getting steadily worse.
4 ignored emails, 2 ignored phone calls so I have emailed Mercedes and considering raising it with the Motor ombudsman. Any suggestion what it could be and how to nag them to do something about it?
