My understanding is that Tesla is fixing the issue by going with the coolant delete. But that they’ve moved on to different style motors for new cars that are supposedly rated for something like 1,000,000 miles.

There might be a video on a side removal but I have not seen one. But dropping this motor is about as difficult as dropping a transmission. It isn’t near as difficult as compared to removing an ICE motor. Good luck!
