When you replace the 12 volt battery . You need to tell the cpu that you have replaced. You need use a diagnostic db2 scanner/ tool and tel the system of the new battery information like capacity, cca etc . You can't just replace the 12 v battery and forget it like the old school way.

Assuming you have the b class fully electric drive model , I believe its the detron 6 grade for the gearbox.
