Made an appointment last week for 10k service, and warned them that I wanted new battery dissicants. First appointment 730 saturday morning. Sat for FOUR hours until they conceded that they did not have the dissicants which I TOLD them they needed. Lightened my wallet for $350 anyway for cabin air filter and brake fluid. WTF!
 
JC, not consistent with MB high service (and prices). Did you march into the head of service fancy office and give them a piece of your mind? Maybe you are nicer than me.
 
The filter and brake fluid service are usually not part of the 10K service, but they are part of the 20K service. I think they're overcharging you. File a complaint with them and with MB-USA customer service.
