What are the specs of the charging cable that comes with the MBCED in the US? Does it handle both 120V & 240V?

It appears that BMW & Mercedes are using the 10 compliance states this year to work out the bugs in their BEVs before selling them in all 48 states next year. I hope Mercedes fixes all the bugs in the MBCED before I order one to replace my 2012 LEAF early next year.

That is one of my three biggest minuses for the MBCED. The 2nd is lack of a CHAdeMO charging capability and the 3rd is the low efficiency (84 MPGe).

Several web pages I have read state that the MBCED has a 10-kW charger similar to the Tesla, which also has an optional 20-kW charger. If that is correct, the new Clipper Creek HCS-60 11.5-kW (240-volts x 48-amps) charging station might be ideal for the MBCED...

And BMW has been having similar troubles with the i3. I am glad that I do not have to decide between the LEAF and the MBCED next year!

Does Mercedes have a disposition fee when the leased vehicle is returned in addition to the lease-application fee? If so, what is it? Nissan has a $365 disposition fee when I return my LEAF in May 2015.

Has anyone bought or leased a MBCED with the Range Package? If so, what has been your experience with it?

Is there any indication of how long it takes to fill an order for a specific build?

Is a down payment other than the $7500 tax credit required. Is there any indication that the 2015 model will have the CSS Combo quick charger or CHAdeMO quick charger as an option?
