NO NOISE ??? My B when first starting out or at low speeds sounds like a moaning and stops when faster speeds are reached. It usually occurs when it is cold starting and winds down when pedal is released. Yes, I said "moaning" and not whining. Normal??

After normal level 2 home charging I never get more than 83 miles max. on the GOM. Never! Is there an explanation for this ? Bought 2014 used with 3000 miles. Any idea why this may be ? Oh, yes and I do reset the "reset" mileage counter.
